First step in getting manual lathe.

| We you receive a new manual lathe keep in mind that it does get bounced around a bit in shipping and you will have to go through and make sure everything is in its proper place. It is common for the 3 jaw chuck to need re-alignment to the machine. You can do this by taking off the face plate and cutting it so that it is centered with the carriage and cross feed. If you take good care of your equipment and follow proper maintenace procedures there is no reason why it won't outlast yourself. Machine tools are built to last! |
